That moment changed everything. As a children's advocate attorney, the founder of Bair Medical Spa discovered that frown lines were causing misconceptions about her emotional state — something that concerned her both as a parent and in her professional life.

She pursued BOTOX® treatments but found the experience disappointing. Clinical environments felt unwelcoming, and providers lacked comprehensive anti-aging knowledge. There had to be a better way.

Her husband, Dr. Dean Bair — a primary care physician with over 30 years of medical experience — possessed extensive anatomical and physiological expertise. She convinced him to integrate cosmetic medicine into his medical practice, and together they launched Bair Medical Spa in 2004.

Their vision was simple: create a warm, welcoming environment where clients receive expert cosmetic care from a physician who truly understands the science behind beauty. Today, that vision has made Bair Medical Spa Albuquerque's most trusted destination for cosmetic treatments.
